Return Policy — Expomega.com

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit,
  • Defective or non-conforming,
  • Incorrectly supplied by Expomega.

Customized, made-to-order, perishable, or specially sourced products are generally non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, the Buyer must:

  1. Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Provide the order number, product details, photos/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  3. Wait for written return authorization from Expomega before shipping the product back.

Return requests should be sent to info@expomega.com.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or a verified defect, Expomega will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
  • For unauthorized or non-defective returns, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping, customs, and handling costs.

4. Refunds or Replacements

After inspection of the returned goods, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a refund,
  • Provide a replacement product,
  • Offer a repair or partial credit.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Custom-manufactured products,
  • Special-order industrial equipment,
  • Chemicals and consumables opened or improperly stored,
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
