Distance Selling Contract — Expomega.com

1. Parties

This Distance Selling Contract is entered into between:

  • Seller: Expomega (“Seller”)
  • Buyer: The individual or legal entity placing an order through https://expomega.com (“Buyer”)

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of goods and/or services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

3. Order and Payment

  • Orders become valid after payment confirmation and written acceptance by the Seller.
  • Prices are stated in the currency specified on the website or quotation and may exclude taxes, duties, shipping, and customs charges unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods are specified during checkout or quotation approval.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on production, stock availability, customs clearance, and logistics conditions.
  • Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For B2B transactions, the right of withdrawal may not apply unless explicitly agreed in writing. For eligible transactions, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

6. Warranty and Defective Goods

The Seller warrants that products will substantially conform to agreed specifications. Any claims regarding defects or shortages must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery.

7. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this contract shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. Failing settlement, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye.
